The Future

The future for AIMS is promising. As a growing player in the VIV suppression industry, AIMS is concentrating its efforts towards capturing a higher percentage of the business. AIMS will never turn its back on the product lines that brought it to where it is today, but diversification is key to continued growth.
AIMS has plans to launch a new Fiberglass Electrical & Instrumentation Tray product line in 2007. The product line is under development and the plant is gearing up for production. Initially this product will be offered in Southeast Asia and upon its success will enter the US market.
AIMS is also expanding its horizons overseas. An operation has already been established and is operating in Trinidad, and plans for a West African operation are being discussed. Partnerships with the Norwegian and Australian markets are currently being negotiated. It is hoped to have these markets will be operational by the summer of 2007.
Performance of the AIMS Dual-fin Flow Splitter (ADFS), a new, patent-pending product that recently completed the development cycle, is beginning to attract industry-wide attention. As an alternative to fairings, the ADFS has proven to be highly efficient in suppressing VIV while also possessing an extremely low drag coefficient, Cd.
The management of AIMS is excited about the future. Please feel free to contact us to further discuss our existing and upcoming opportunities.
